Terms of service

Last updated: July 3, 2026

The deal

AtlasAI is desktop software sold by TLOP (Pietro), Denmark, with Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record for all purchases. A subscription costs 199 DKK per month and starts with a 14 day free trial; you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends. By buying or using AtlasAI you agree to these terms.

Your license

An active subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to run AtlasAI, activated on up to two machines. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software, and you may not attempt to extract or republish its source code.

If you stop paying

New syncs pause. That is the whole consequence. Every number AtlasAI already collected stays in the database on your disk, fully readable, forever. The app never locks you out of your own data. Resubscribe any time and syncing resumes.

Updates

While subscribed you get every release. Updates are pulled by you (npm), never pushed; the app does not phone home to check for them.

Your data, your responsibility

AtlasAI is local-first: your data and credentials live only on your machine, which means backups are yours to make (it is one folder). You connect third-party services with your own API keys and are responsible for complying with those providers' terms.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel any time in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. The 14 day trial exists so you can decide before paying. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including those under EU law.

No warranty, limited liability

AtlasAI is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not warrant it is error-free, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Numbers shown in the app come from the providers you connect; always verify against the source before making decisions that matter.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be dated here and, for subscribers, announced by email. Danish law applies, and disputes belong to the Danish courts, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country. Questions: hi@atlasai.ing.
