Who we are

The app

AtlasAI runs on your computer. Your business data (financials, socials, inbox, calendar) is stored in a SQLite database on your disk, and your credentials sit in an encrypted vault next to it. We operate no server that receives, stores, or can access any of it. There is no telemetry, no analytics, and no usage tracking in the app.

The one outbound call that is not to a provider you connected yourself is a license check: the app sends your license key and an instance identifier to Lemon Squeezy to confirm the subscription is active. No business data is included in that call.

This website

atlasai.ing sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts. If you enter your email in the notify form, we store that address with Resend (our email provider) for exactly one purpose: telling you when AtlasAI launches. We do not add you to a newsletter, share the address with anyone, or use it for anything else. Each signup also sends us a notification email so we can see interest.

Want it gone? Email hi@atlasai.ing and we delete it.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record. Your payment details go to them, never to us; we receive your email address and order details so your license works. Their privacy policy applies to the checkout: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

Your rights (GDPR)

For the little we hold (a notify-list email, order records at Lemon Squeezy), you can request access, correction, or deletion at any time via hi@atlasai.ing. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet). Everything the app itself stores is already under your control: it is a folder on your disk.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. We will not quietly start collecting more.
